Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Products (Ebooks) Ebooks and digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No physical shipping applies to digital products. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@veloureluxe.co.za and we will resolve it promptly.

2. Physical Products — Processing & Shipping Times All physical orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for major cities (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban)
  • 5–7 business days for outlying or rural areas

3. Exchanges Only — No Refunds (Physical Products) We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Exchanges are only offered if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item, size, or variant

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging
  • Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item
